CD4 Sure Control Cells are a preparation of lyophilized peripheral blood mononuclear cells that have been isolated from normal human peripheral blood using density gradient separation.
The preparation contains a known number of CD4-T and CD45-positive mononuclear cells, at the time of shipping expressing surface antigens representative of those found in normal whole blood.
This kit is a research material product that has not entered manufacturing processes. All stability and data values for this item have been determined from research studies. Not for in vivo or in vitro diagnostic use.
